Dart\Blip (Up) Formations
|
A formation where a sudden dramatic price increase
occurs, followed by an equally dramatic drop in price. A Dart\Blip
formation can appear anywhere in a chart.
To trade a dart formation place a sell order on the break down of the
Right Feather along with a stop loss order just above the tip.
Trading on a Dart\Blip formation is very risky. |
|
Dart (Down) Formations
|
A formation where a sudden dramatic price decrease
occurs, followed by an equally dramatic increase in price. This
formation can appear anywhere in a chart.
To trade a down Dart\Blip formation place a buy order on the break up of the
Right Feather, then place your stop loss order right below the
tip. Very likely, Dart\Blip formations are the most difficult pattern
to trade for profitability. |
